that the identification of the person was correct? Do they know for absolute certain that they've attached the correct name to the dead killer? They know that the person who's dead is who witnesses identified as the killer. There were also initial reports later withdrawn that there were 2-3 gunmen... can we be sure that there weren't others who merely got away? (other than a few news snippits last night, I haven't been following this case, so I don't know -- maybe they have done DNA tests or fingerprint analyses to determine precisely who this killer is, etc.)
