after all, it did have Jennifer Gardner in it :) Seriously, I could see where KS could get it mixed up. Kingpin is in the Spiderman universe in the comic books, but it was decided that he wouldn't be in the movies due to some licensing confusion between the spiderman and daredevil movie(s) licenses. Wikipedia has more on it in the Daredevil entry I think.
