And those christians are vocal, not in the media, but amongst themselves. Unless you're in or near that group, you'll never know about the general denunciation. Similarly, muslims disapprove vocally amongst themselves, not in the media. (I've got muslim friends who tell me, that's how I know.) Trust me: for any bombing you can find religious leaders of $religion to denounce it; it's just that the media don't always bother, because that isn't spectacular.
