Well, I've never really lived with my step-dad before, so it's more of getting used to living with someone new (whom I barely like). I really wish I could convince my mom that I can do things for myself, but the culture here is so different from Singapore that I'm totally lost. I still don't quite understand thise whole "welfare" concept. So many applications and so on... urgh. I really need to learn to drive now, I still have to depend on her to get me everywhere here. I'm having to swallow my pride for now, but I want to move out again as soon as I can.
