not to mention firearm laws (in Canada). I'm waiting for a reporter to find out whether he had a "permit to carry" with the college included. Did he have a Possession and Acquisition Permit? Were all the firearms properly registered? The most likely answers are no, no and no. However, you can be sure that there will be renewed efforts to increase the restrictions on legal firearm ownership in Canada after this.
