The 12-gauge could be the reference since technically a shot shell fires multiple "bullets" per discharge but normally more than 4. 12mm Caliber is .50 caliber like the .500 S&W Magnum or .50 Action Express. But not normally known for shooting multiple rounds. Is there a shot shell for the .50?
