| What it comes down to, for me, is that ABC really is pulling some backhanded garbage with merged-characters and misrepresentations of the events.
Does that mean they should get their license pulled? Hell no. But I do think that (legal, non-blackmail) public pressure against them to make sure it's facts they portray and not veiled opinions is valid. Otherwise, it should be clearly stated that it's a work of fiction.
