My budget is going to be around $8,000, but that's total cost. The reception areas I've looked around at are pretty cheap and the base pay is for 2 hours. We don't even need 2 hours for a reception, so we might include the ceremony there as well, this solves the problem of having guests (especially out of state) going to two different places. I haven't started planning yet, but I am saving now. So they are paying $6,000 for the after-rehearsal eh? Are you sure one of them isn't in politics?
