CRT Size modulation by rausraus2006-09-08 13:01:46
You may be able to adjust that out. by abaron 2006-09-08 15:46:58
First off, if you can, reset your monitor to the default geometry settings (may be a button or comination of buttons by the geometry controls, or else in the geometry menu). Next, if it still does it, try adjusting the button that has the image of the effect (most of my monitors have it) and see if that makes any difference.

Now, if it does it only when full screen and other times the edges are straight there's nothing you can do about it.

Best bet is to look at a new monitor, CRTs and even LCDs are cheap. I currently have 3 monitors on my computer, I just replaced a 15" with one dead gun with a 19" WideScreen LCD, yum yum.
