Make a commitment to wipe them out. Man, woman, and child.

No half measures.

No compassion.

No negotiated settlements.

Oh yes, and make sure you alter your domestic policies as well. First and foremost, make the presidency a posting for life. You can't run the chance that subsequent presidents will water down your campaign. Also make sure that you toss the Constitution, because sure as heck you're going to have to do some social re-engineering to eliminate the threat of your own people who disagree with your approach.
