I'd say that if all or most of the untruths claim that demoncrats were in the wrong instead of a republitard (or visa versa) then there's a pretty good hint at intent. Untrue slant or bias defames people, regardless of intent. In the overly "protective" US, things like this are often corrected long before the show airs or the show is halted.
