From: Randall Gomez (Probably a false name; the username, wygpbhx, is also probably bogus. But the doman belongs to an attorney at law in Georgia.)
The subject line was blank.
The body: with him. Come of the inevitable; one thing, in fact he (followed by a broken image placeholder)
The attachment is called hyg.$IMAGE_EXTENSION$.

Obviously, I'm not opening the attachment. Did anyone else get something like this? It seems that whatever script launched this doesn't quite work as intended. What scripting language calls for enclosing variable names in $ characters? Or maybe that was the error--incorrect syntax.
