| Congress is looking at some dozen or so Internet related issues, any of which may or may not be at all related to what Net Neutrality IS supposed to be, some of which may be in favor of the actual point behind Net Neutrality, and some of which may actually be opposed to what Net Neutrality is supposed to be, and that all these dozen or so issues are being combined into one, single "Network Neutrality Bill/Debate" before congress. |
