Net Neutrality allowed CableCOs to charge me more for VoIP bits than for HTML bits. That it would lead to a parsing of what kind of traffic I allowed into my home, and then different charges based on per-volume and by-content. I'd start getting mt Roadrunner bill, and it would itemize:

15 MB Video content @ $1.00 per MB
25 MB Images content @ $0.50 per MB
150 MB VoIP content @ $2.00 per MB

and so on
