Such as a complaint to your boss that these yahoos are making your job more time consuming than it should be. Such complaint going to their boss for follow-up? I mean, it doesn't seem that you telling them to do better has any effect. In the meantime, there is a customer having a problem, and not seeing any result for over three weeks. That can't be good. Yep. It sounds like there are definite organizational problems where you work.
