if you don't ask them there is no chance of catch their interest, if you ask them they may be scared, but at least you tried. Yeah a businesscard would help a lot to look a little bit professional in the end- maybe a small webpage too? But usually you also could look at local theater groups - some people already have stage experience and like to play.
