1) he;s a lassaiz faire kinda guy and 2) I'm probably the goy getting the promotion to this goy's slot when he finally leaves...only it's really hard to find someone good enough and willing to cover my shift on the scant money they pay. So he feels the longer he can put off the search for a new 3rd shifter the better 8-( but I made it clear to him this Am that I could not put up with it any more, and things must needs change, or I'll be off in search of greener pastures.
