too many things to devote your time to, and it's hard to just pick one and go with it... Sometimes I ignore those pots altogether instead of picking up one, finishing it up, then moving onto the next one. Thus nothing gets done when 5% of all the things had a chance to be done. I guess prioritising may help. But then how do you remove distractions ?
