situation - I'm working 3rd shift, and the 2nd shift guy, (a little older than half my age) is seeing his job come to an end, as he wants to move on. Therefore he has generally stopped caring, leaving me all of third shift work to do, PLUS all of second shift work to do.
My workload has literally doubled since he decided that he is going to be moving on...but he hasn't moved on yet. I have come to literally DREAD going to work on the days I take over from him. Something's got to give, or I am going to have to look elsewhere for gainful employment.
