first off, there's a number of ways to make water.
If you've been able to price idenitfy any of the potions, and you've gotten a unicorn horn...
potions that where dangerous, once diped with the horn, become water.
Useless potions, that your not going to use for alchemy, can be diped in any water to dilute them...
to get a pool of water to dip them into, hit a sink with a pick axe.
medeusa level, you can dig down PAST it, as long as your ready to face her when you come back UP...
you still need to cross the water back eventually, but you'll find a few things deeper to help you out.
