Dell was really good, I place the call, the next day they're at my house/work/apartment to fix it.

So I'm not ragging on their support, it's just been A LOT of stuff.

Some of it was cosmetic (feet and plastic shells) but most was a real issue that was at least partially created from rough-ish handling of the AC adaptor.
