My boss (honestly, the smartest man I've ever met...MENSA member to boot) can make just about anything work or figure out why it doesn't. He's scruffy, bearded, and uses the "whats-in-the-clean-laundry-basket" method of dressing. No suit at all and the man's a genius. _{Of course, his casual dress code means I get to work in jeans and gaming t-shirts. And I'm so okay with that.}
