designed to reduce pollutant emissions. And, they tend to make the prices tick up, not down, as the plants have to retool for the new formulation. Perhaps what we're seeing in Texas is that the plants have finished retooling the production lines and there is now enough supply of the summer blend. . . . . -- merlin
