Has anyone managed to get this from contentparadise.com? I subscribed, and managed to download the setup.exe. But I haven't been able to get the second file. The site is terribly slow, and when it does let me get to the checkout to download it, I get either a 'download limit reaced' page, a 404 or it downloads the file but it's zero KB.
