Who though they are 43 acts like they are 8 during scary scenes. Heaven forbid you sit by them because they will make sudden motion and go "boo" or what amounts to that. Just to try to see if they can make the affected party jump. He laughed himself silly when a boyfriend I had at the time did move probably 6 inches and turned pale in response. The guys girlfriend of the time gave him crud for it but was thankful he hadn't done it to her. So one time I did it back to the guy. Like your daughter he wasn't amused but still didn't seem to grasp why he shouldn't behave that way.
