during shopping and drive home, definitely for over two hours on occasion. While this reduces the subsequent shelf life of it in the fridge somewhat, if you consume it in the next few days, you should be fine. Besides, it's not meat or fish, so the worst that could happen is that it will not taste good when opened. No danger of poisoning.
