There's always something changed, something you've forgot and something another instructor explains better. As active in a Redcross FirstAidGroup I have to pass a test once a year and we practise about 18 times every year. At least - read through the theoretics once in a while! And if you'll find someone with cardiac-arrest the only thing that is sure is that (s)he die will if something isn't done!
