So that every child who parents are too stupid to watch them might get a clue that climbing into the enclosures is a bad idea.

My 4 year old knows not to touch strange animals for crissake! Had either of my kids done that, they'd be getting the shots, and we be spending allowance and birthday money on becoming a zoo parent for one of those mongeese.
