If they don't want her child to get vaccinated while child is stupid enough to reach over a barrier (in a zoo... imagine if she had done something like that with a cute widdle tiger. Yes, parents, no more cute widdel child), then put up with the f4 risk of your daughter getting the rabies.

You didn't tell her about the risks, didn't watch her (you have to know that your child is bound to do somethings like this. You are the d4 parents) while at a zoo, with all kinds of critters.
