that have the two seats the main problem is having the seat where they can fold up so the store can several of them which isn't possible with the two seaters. I can remember being told to have kids sit in the basket right, when I worked at Wal-Mart - this manager insisted on it (after having a child died at the Wal-mart he worked at before - he would argue with the parents is they got mad)
