First of all, congrats. Moving is fun! Best way I've found to do it is to throw everything you don't need out, throw everything you do need into boxes, get a moving truck, a bunch of friends (promise them pizza and beer) and watch your stuff practically move iteself. Oh...before you actually get your stuff moved in, it really helps to scotchguard carpets. Apartments will really getcha on that one.
