We have to act now! It's an epidemic! People don't need shopping carts to shop! They can use those little baskets! These are obviously dangerous devices that people should have to fill out extensive paperwork to be allowed to operate, at the very least! No one is safe while these death machines are in every grocery store in the country! The sky is falling!
