last time around they got spending undercontrol, and didn't try to consolidate power in the executive.

i'm thinking neoconservative is a misnomer. it should be neo-socio-fascist. spend and ignore the people like the soviets, and consolidate power in a pseudo religous based ideology like the nazi's. true, conservatives were the ones who gav liberalism a bad name in the usa, but neo con's have trashed conservatives now.
