I never believed genre alone plays much of a role with quality of music. Some seemingly unlikely combinations do work, while others don't, but that's specific to individual cases and can't really be generalized. If only three pieces were selected to be played on organ and that guy knows much about organs and knows the music (if he'll be playing it), chances are he already tested it for sound on either real organ or electronic one with church organ sound font. Might be interesting to hear it.
