The LCD screen cracked, badly. The worst part? The MacBook's not mine. It's a friend's father's (!!!) MacBook, and my friend had borrowed it for a day, just to render stuff in iMovie (The MacBook being the most powerful laptop we had access too.)
Now I'm going to pay S$1020 to fix it. Of course, me being in Grade 9 does make things hard. At this point, I would ask for donations, but people aren't going to send me uncrossed checks for cash, and I don't have a PayPal account. And I'm trying not to involve my parents in it either... |
