All Web2.0-ish sites do it, so why not AOcough coughell. Digg, Flickr, Youtube, and all those sites only receive money through the ads (and VCs). (making virtually no revenue in the process) The sites are worth a lot, but make nothing... It should be interesting to see, what happens if one of those sites were to cave in.
