Specificaly if they lose everything in a scam that is clearly illegal - even to the dumbest person. The Black Dollar Scam has taken many victims but I just can't find it in myself to feel sorry for them. How can you go to the police and tell them you were ripped off while attempting to commit a crime? Have these people never heard of foreign exchange controls? Maybe I'm being a little harsh, but they got what they deserved. More money than brains. What amazes me is that someone with $35,000 (see article) can be so stupid. Why would the guy selling the kit, sell it in the first place? Why not keep it all to himself and make HEAPS of money. I mean, who would want to share this? PS - I HATE scammers and that kind of filth should be persued to the ends of the earth.
