If I'm going to be fixing this issue on a regular basis, there's going to be a slight change in fee structure.
From now until the 10th time, each time I have to fix this issue, it will cost you an extra $20 than the last. So the 8th time will cost you $60, the 9th $80, & the 10th $100...
The tenth through twentieth time I have to fix this same issue, it'll cost you an extra $50 than the last. The 11th will $150, the 12th $200, the 13th $250, etc...
If I have to fix this issue more than twenty times, you MAY want to think about remortgaging your house."
