works have caused harm. If humans did not act on impulse, emotion, and without knowledge then most of these books would not have been at all harmful. As such, if we list "harmful" books then we must include all harm done based on their contents whether the person doing harm was informed or ignorant.

Communism for instance is perhaps a great idea, it just does not work when humans are involved.

Oh and as to the bible or most other religious texts... It could not be in the list because it is a listing of books from the 19th/20th Centuries.
