Me: Lipton's Sidekicks (Creamy Vegetable Primavera) with canned tuna mixed in. An orange later.

Cooked in the most amazing invention ever: the electric rice cooker (the old-fashioned heating-element-with-container-on-top variety like the $20 ones you get at Wal*Mart, not the fancy ones with the electronic bits).

When my mom was living in a college dorm (not for college though), she cooked just about everything in one of these.
