He looked slightly aghast. "WebMASTER? I don't think I've ever met one of those before. Sounds almost...mythical." He went on for a bit, being...well, himself. But it just got me to wondering. I mean, that's what I call myself on the footer of the theatre's site, and it's what I've always called it, too.
IIRC, it was coined to be akin to "postmaster", i.e. the one in charge of that particular post office.
*shrugs* dunno.
