or wait a while. But I think we're going to keep looking now, since we've decided that sooner is better than later for getting a house and fixing it up. The older we get, the less we want to do ourselves, and the more we'll need to hire other people to do stuff for us (which we won't be able to afford). And we bid on 5 other properties before we found this place. It's just that the place we lost out on could have been made perfect for me.
