Helpdesk mail is backed up from yesterday, a client's server is pretty well cactus (the Queue folder in Exchange is corrupted), another client has no internet (just a firewall reboot, happens every few weeks), I'm getting a cold/flu, am tired and sick to death of stupid calls or emails asking ridiculous questions. Can I go on holiday please?
