Q for those who've had surgery by Kickstart 2006-07-26 15:54:18
with 'dissolving' stitches: How long to dissolve? I've got the trailing bit, where they tied off the line of stiches, sticking out of my neck. It'll be a month on Friday since they put this stitch in. Some sites say that it takes a 'couple weeks', others say 'up to six weeks'. Pulling on it gently shows that it's not really ready to pull out.
