Like I said I wouldn't complain but I am speculating that people that do have to pay would cite it as their right to complain. In the case of what occured there has been news stories describing problems with properly checking ID's and boarding. Some problems are to be expected due to the circumstances especially if it was a last minute ordeal. But the plans had been made for several days in advance. There were some bugs but people are questioning the level of the bugs. The people who had some comment in the news I think talked of pregnant people, people with children, and the sick running into problems.
