I mean, you look at Google Maps, and that one at the top is a marina. No runway. I wouldn't want to put a helicopter down there, let alone a twin beech. Could be an old google map, but the copyright says 2006 for map and data I don't know if Google puts the copyright date for the photo or current date, so that means nothing. The BBC and Google both show the sea wall that's missing on your map.

Look at google maps for the one on the BBC, and, yes, that is the civil airport.

Still don't get what you're trying to say. I'm not military trained, so what you are finding obvious I am having trouble with.
