I hope the medical things are ok. Is it in relation to the accident or something seperate that is also concerning you? Glad to hear you are fine despite the car accident. I know they can be very unnerving even if you walk away unharmed. Your coworkers seem to have some need to bully. But your employer will only let it go on for so long. If it is a low paying job with good requirements not many people will want the position. If other workers make the job even less desirable they will constantly have to refill the position which is a pain for them to do as well as dealing with no worker until the position is filled. As for him accessing information on your bank account. Can you complain to the bank or police that he may of accessed sensitive data? Is it legal for him to do that? Maybe if he gets a warning from outside authority figures he will seriously think twice before behaving that way again.
