IE-only web site?? by tyebald 2006-07-26 12:03:32
I've been working on getting a new system up and running. Got around to installing Flash in the Firefox browser. 'Cept, the connection to Macromedia would time out. Decided to see if I could install Flash in IE. The macromedia web site, through IE, immediately redirected me to Adobe, where I could install the player. Went back to Firefox, and it still times out. So, my question is, why won't Firefox honor the redirection? Is there some way to make a web site only respond to specific browsers? Or is there something else I'm missing?
