Fair enough. Your belief is a guy in DC with a copy of CorelDRAW is performing accurate BDA. You may well be right in your belief. I'd still like to see proof either for or against. I could draw the same map with no data from anyone and mark it up however I saw fit. I know I'd be making it up. Where's the proof he isn't?
