single-phase, for some reason. I've seen single-phase wired as Brown for hot and as Grey for hot, both with Blue neutral and Yellow or Green ground. One of those is almost certainly the European standard; the rest result from folks in this facility just wiring things up whatever way looks "pretty" to them.
